Yes, it's time for another Curious British Telly video and today it's Scragtag: The Scruffy Cat Who Hosted Children’s TV. 

I didn’t watch Scragtag and his Teatime Telly when it initially aired in the mid-1980s. I mean, not that I can remember at least. It’s likely that I was sat in front of it at some point, but those memories are long gone. Since discovering it about 15 years ago, though, I’ve been rather fascinated with it. That's why I've chosen it to be the latest Curious British Telly video. Hopefully you'll enjoy it and, more hopefully, you'll have some Scragtag-based memories to share.

I'm enjoying putting these videos together, but it's still very early days. I have invested in a marginally better microphone, so there's a mild improvement in terms of blocking out background noise. However, even with software such as Audacity, I can't really enhance my natural voice that much - I'm not really built for vocal work. But I'll carry on making these, and they should get longer as I get a bit more confident.
